Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the Espada in Bleach?

The Espada are the ten strongest Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizen's army in the anime and manga Bleach, ranked from 0 to 9 by power. Fan-favorite members include Ulquiorra Cifer, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez and Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck, each marked with a numbered tattoo.

What is "tea party" fan art?

Tea party fan art places characters in a cozy, out-of-context scene — here, the battle-hardened Espada having tea — which creates humor and charm through contrast. It is a popular fan-art trope that shows a softer, playful side of serious villains.

What tools do anime fan artists use?

Many digital anime artists work in Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint, usually with a drawing tablet. Nekozumi lists Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop CS3 and Manga Studio as her weapons of choice for these pieces.

Where can I find more Bleach fan art?

Large fan-art communities like DeviantArt, Pixiv and ArtStation host extensive Bleach galleries, including Espada-focused collections. Searching by character name plus "fan art" usually surfaces the newest work.
